For an interim period all Albany software issues will be handled by the Albany helpdesk. This will not affect your currently service level or hours of support. An update will be issued to all customers via email shortly.

Training
We strongly recommend that you ensure your administrators
and users are formerly trained on the solution they are
using. This will ensure that you reduce costs and improve
effectiveness. Training is available on all our solutions
from certified training consultants. The training ranges
from a few hours one-to-one to group courses for large
teams or groups of users. Course costs are as outlined
below:
